Deliveries to remote islands (Okinawa, some isolated islands, etc.) may require additional fees or may not be available. Please check details at the time of ordering.

3. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary depending on order amount and region.

For purchases of 55,000 JPY or more, delivery is free (excluding remote islands).
4. Processing Time

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation (payment confirmation).

If delays occur due to stock shortages or seasonal products, we will notify you via email.
5. Delivery Time Specification

Delivery dates cannot be specified.

You may choose from the following time slots:

Morning (8:00–12:00)

14:00–16:00

16:00–18:00

6. Delivery Status Tracking

After shipping, we will email you the tracking number.

You can check the delivery status anytime on the carrier’s official website.
7. Redelivery in Case of Absence

If you are not available, the carrier will arrange redelivery.

To request redelivery, please use the tracking number on the carrier’s delivery slip.
8. Returns and Exchanges

Please note that returns and exchanges are not accepted.
